Which questions may your customer actually ask?

Since March 2026, a reporting-obligated company may not ask a supplier with 1,000 employees or fewer more questions than are in the voluntary EU standard for SMEs. Paste the questions you received below.

What this check does and does not do

It compares your questions with the content of the voluntary standard. When in doubt, it says it is not certain — we never say you may refuse a question if we cannot substantiate that. Someone who refuses a question based on our say-so that his biggest customer was actually allowed to ask loses a contract, and we must not make that mistake.
