The capcheck. Paste the questions you received and see per question whether your customer is allowed to ask it. Since March 2026, a reporting-obligated company may not ask a supplier with a thousand employees or fewer more questions than there are in the voluntary EU standard.
We give this away because this is the moment you realize you need to do less than you thought. The entire knowledge base also remains free.

What a report from us is and isn't
It is a dated report based on the voluntary EU standard for SMEs, drawn up from the data you have supplied. It comes with a verification link, so your customer can check when it was drawn up.
It is not a certificate and not a mark of approval. There is no body that recognizes these reports — not for us and not for any other provider. We also do not provide assurance, audit or sustainability advice: we structure what you supply.
The CO₂ figures are indications, calculated using the official Dutch emission factors, with the source and reference date beneath them. For countries where we do not have an established set of factors, we show no figure — we prefer nothing to a number that looks good and is wrong.
All amounts are exclusive of VAT. Are you an accountant or advisor with multiple client dossiers? Get in touch — there is a pricing tier for that.

esgia is one of the 37 systems from Theos. If you take out multiple systems on one business profile, you pay less for each additional system — automatically, on a single invoice.

Three or more obligations in this area? The reglia umbrella is more economical from €100.00 per month and counts as one system.
