Your sustainability report on the VSME standard
A major customer or your bank sends a questionnaire: energy consumption, CO₂, staff figures, your own suppliers. Often dozens of questions, with a deadline. Since March 2026, there is a limit to what he can ask from you — and you can refuse to answer some of those questions. We work out which ones, and answer the rest from your own data.
Paste the questions you received and see the answer to each one — without an account, and without having to hand over your email address first.
Where entrepreneurs run into problems
"Do I have to fill all this in?"
Probably not. A reporting-obligated company cannot ask a supplier with one thousand employees or fewer for more than what is in the voluntary EU standard. If he asks for more anyway, he must tell you that you can refuse those questions. In practice, he does not mention that.
Check your questionnaire →"Where do I get those figures from?"
From documents you already have: your energy bill, your fuel receipts, your payroll administration. You upload them, we read what we need and you confirm whether it is correct. What we cannot read from them, we ask you — and no more than that.
How that works →"Next year it all starts again from the beginning"
Only if you work it out from scratch every time. We record your answers in a file that stays in place. The next questionnaire — from the next customer, or from the same customer next year — comes from it. That is the difference between days and minutes.
What it costs →Why you can check us
Every claim has a source underneath: the voluntary standard for non-listed SMEs, the reporting directive and its amendment of March 2026, with a link to the official text. Below each topic is when we last checked it. We monitor those sources weekly.
The CO₂ figures are indications, calculated using the official Dutch emission factors, with the source and reference date underneath. For countries where we do not have an established set of factors, we do not show a figure — we prefer nothing to a number that looks right and is wrong.
The texts are written with AI based on those sources, run through a technical check and approved by a human before they go online. We tell you that, on every page. See how we work.
What this is not: a mark, a certificate, an audit or sustainability advice. There is no body that recognizes these reports — not for us and not for any other provider. We structure what you submit, and note where it comes from.
